  • The 28-Day Fat Loss Starter program is a training and meal plan to help you start your fat loss journey. You don't have to guess what to do daily or weekly, as you will be guided daily on what to do. This program is designed to keep things as simple as possible since most people struggle to follow through when directions get too complicated and give up before seeing results.

THE PROCESS
